The Vendor Market has been reconfigured a bit and will include many wonderful new crafters, as well as a new Cafe area with lots of delectable confections & drinks, a Healing Room, and a new Ayurveda Room where you can attend educational presentations, talk to experts, and sample various products.
The 11th Annual ChantLanta Sacred Music Festival
will now run through Sunday!

ChantLanta invites you to participate in its 11th Annual Sacred Music Festival on March 13-15, 2020. The Festival takes place inside The Church at Ponce and Highland and includes a Vendor Market on Saturday, March 14 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Sunday, March 15 from 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm. Appropriate merchandise items should appeal to the yoga & spiritual community.

CHANTLANTA VENDOR RULES
This year we are offering booth spaces for both Saturday & Sunday at a special price of $140 for approximately 100 square feet of booth space. A limited number of half-size booth spaces are also available for $75. All spaces are located inside the church building.
Applications must be postmarked by January 15, 2020. A check for your booth fee, payable to ChantLanta, must accompany your application.

There will be no registration after the deadline and no registration the day of the festival. We do not accept registered mail. All applications will be reviewed, and if your application is accepted, you will receive an acceptance letter via email by February 15, 2020. If your application is not accepted, you will receive notification via email by February 15, 2020, and you can choose to have your check returned via mail or shredded.

ChantLanta is a green event. No merchandise may be sold or displayed at ChantLanta that creates large quantities of litter. Food and beverages may only be sold with prior approval, and we ask that food packaging, cups, etc., be compostable.
No merchandise may be sold or displayed at ChantLanta that creates a public nuisance or that bears the word "ChantLanta" or any other wording that links the merchandise to ChantLanta. No music is allowed.
Setup for the Vendor Market will be on Friday afternoon between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm or Saturday morning between 8:30 am and 10:00 am. If your application is accepted, you will receive more information about setup and unloading.
There are a limited number of booths available with electrical outlets, and consideration will be given to your needs upon review of your application. Tables and chairs must be provided by the vendor.
Neither ChantLanta nor The Church at Ponce and Highland will be responsible for loss or damage to merchandise or for injury to anyone participating. If insurance is desired, it must be secured by the vendor.
