Greetings Dear Vendor!
After a very long hiatus, we are pleased to announce that ChantLanta is finally happening again! Thank you so much for your patience during these unprecedented times while we have been regrouping to determine how and when to offer ChantLanta in this new reality.
We are thrilled to invite you to participate in our 12th annual Sacred Music Festival on September 8-9, 2023, in a new location in partnership with Unity North Atlanta. The Festival will take place in the main sanctuary of the church and will include a Vendor Market on Saturday, September 9, from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm, which for the first time is also located in the main sanctuary space! Appropriate merchandise items should appeal to the yoga & spiritual community. There is also space available in the dining area adjacent to the food trucks for any vendors of food and/or beverages.
It has taken us a while to figure out how to accomplish our mission of bringing community together and raising funds to benefit our charity partner while also continuing to make the Festival affordable for all. To this end, we have had to make a few changes this year that are necessary due to the increased costs associated with renting an event venue. We have instituted a pricing structure this year that still allows for free admission during the day on Saturday, but for the first time, we will now be charging a sliding-scale fee for attendance on Friday and Saturday nights. Of course, as a valued ChantLanta vendor, you may attend either Friday night or Saturday night’s activities for free; just indicate your preference on your application.
Please visit chantlanta.org for more information about our 2023 ChantLanta Sacred Music Festival.
Our charity partner this year is Feet of Clay Atlanta, an organization that empowers survivors of domestic violence to build a brighter future. Please click the link for more information.

No merchandise may be sold or displayed at ChantLanta that creates a public nuisance or that bears the word "ChantLanta" or any other wording that links the merchandise to ChantLanta. No scented products are allowed due to the possible sensitivities of our attendees. No music is allowed.
Setup for the Vendor Market will be on Friday afternoon between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm. If your application is accepted, you will receive more information about setup and unloading.
Please be sure to indicate on your application whether you will need electrical outlets so that we can plan accordingly. Tables and chairs for your booth must be provided by you.
Neither ChantLanta nor Unity North Atlanta will be responsible for loss or damage to merchandise or for injury to anyone participating. If insurance is desired, it must be secured by the vendor.
